Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all orders placed with Winslow Nutrition Ltd ("we", "us", "our") through https://vitback.world or by telephone. It is consistent with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order and return any product within 14 calendar days of the day on which you receive the goods. You do not need to give any reason for cancellation during this period.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the contact details below or the model cancellation form in Section 7.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must:

• Be unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging;
• Include all original contents and accessories;
• Be received by us within a reasonable time following your cancellation notification;
• Not be products that have been opened or partially consumed (for hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food supplement products cannot be returned unless faulty).

If you return a product that does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reduce or withhold your refund to reflect any diminished value.

3. How to Return a Product

1. Contact us first. Email info@vitback.world or call +44 20 7946 0958 within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include your name, telephone number, and order details.
2. We will confirm the return address and provide instructions within one business day.
3. Pack the product securely and post it to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly sent by us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of the day we receive the returned goods (or evidence of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order. We will not impose any fees for the refund itself.

If you paid on delivery, we will refund by bank transfer to the account details you provide. We may deduct from your refund an amount reflecting any diminution in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature and functioning of the product.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, and we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for refund (unless faulty):

• Opened or partially consumed food supplement products (for hygiene and consumer health protection reasons);
• Products returned after the 14-day cancellation period without our prior written agreement.
